Workouts and Nutrition For Athletes

Throughout my college years as an NCAA Division 1 athlete, I searched and searched for the right workout program, along with the right nutritional plan to maximize my performance. Unfortunately, the programs I found were too general, and rarely specific to my individual sport. Baseball Exercises
